This page explains how to request deletion of your Cabin Cruiser account and associated account data from inside or outside the app.

How to Request Account Deletion
Cabin Cruiser users can request account deletion at any time. Deleting an account is different from logging out or uninstalling the app.
1. Request Deletion From Inside the App
Open Cabin Cruiser and go to the account or support area. Choose the account deletion request option and follow the instructions shown in the app. If you cannot access your account, use the email method below.
2. Request Deletion by Email
Send an account deletion request to:

Please include the email address associated with your Cabin Cruiser account so we can locate and verify the account.
3. What We Delete
After your request is verified, we will delete or de-identify account information associated with your Cabin Cruiser account, including account profile data, saved searches, cruise preference data, cabin preference data, confirmed cruise records, and other account-linked app data where deletion is technically and legally possible.
4. What May Be Retained
We may retain limited records when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, purchase or subscription records, tax or accounting obligations, abuse prevention, or enforcement of agreements. We may also retain aggregated, de-identified, or anonymized information that does not reasonably identify you.
5. Timing
We aim to process verified deletion requests within a reasonable period after verification. Backup copies may persist for a limited time until overwritten through normal backup cycles. If more information is needed to verify the request, we may contact you using the email address provided.
