Independent Platform Notice
Cabin Cruiser is an independent cruise intelligence and cabin discovery platform. Cabin Cruiser is not owned, operated, sponsored, endorsed, or controlled by any cruise line, travel agency, booking platform, port authority, ship operator, or third-party travel provider. Cruise, cabin, itinerary, ship, port, and voyage information may change and should be verified with official providers before travel decisions are made.
Privacy Policy Details
The following sections explain how Cabin Cruiser handles account data, cruise search data, cabin preferences, usage telemetry, diagnostics, platform purchases, support communications, privacy rights, and account deletion.
1. Who We Are
Cabin Cruiser is operated by Airtists Creative Inc. If a different legal developer name appears on the Google Play Store or Apple App Store listing for Cabin Cruiser, that developer name should be read together with Airtists Creative Inc. for purposes of this Privacy Policy.

2. Scope of This Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to Cabin Cruiser websites, Android and iOS apps, beta releases, account tools, cruise search features, cabin preference tools, saved searches, confirmed cruise features, telemetry systems, support channels, and related Cabin Cruiser digital services.
3. Information You Provide
We may collect information you provide directly, including name, email address, account login details, support messages, beta signup details, cruise search preferences, saved searches, cabin preferences, cabin number if you choose to enter one, confirmed cruise details, itinerary selections, and other information you submit through app or website forms.
4. Account and Authentication Data
Cabin Cruiser may use Firebase Authentication, Google Sign-In, email/password login, or other platform authentication tools. Authentication data may include email address, display name, Firebase user ID, Google account identifier, internal Cabin Cruiser user ID, login status, and authentication timestamps. Authentication credentials are used to create, secure, and manage your account.
5. Cruise, Cabin, and Journey Data
To provide the app’s core functionality, Cabin Cruiser may collect or store cruise-related activity such as ship searches, cruise line selections, region filters, date filters, itinerary choices, saved searches, favorite searches, cabin preferences, cabin number if entered, confirmed cruise records, cabin signal settings, voyage intelligence interactions, and related planning activity.
6. Usage, Analytics, and Telemetry
Cabin Cruiser may collect usage and telemetry data to operate, secure, monitor, debug, and improve the app. This may include app version, platform, session ID, screen names, feature interactions, search activity, no-result signals, button taps, timestamps, active session status, diagnostics, app errors, crash logs, performance data, device model, operating system version, IP address, and app or device identifiers such as Firebase installation IDs or analytics identifiers.
7. Payments, Purchases, and Subscriptions
If Cabin Cruiser offers paid subscriptions, in-app purchases, passes, or premium features, payments are processed by the platform where the purchase is made, such as Google Play or Apple App Store. Cabin Cruiser does not directly collect or store your full credit card number, banking information, or payment card security code. We may receive purchase status, subscription status, receipt information, transaction identifiers, product identifiers, renewal or cancellation status, and entitlement information needed to provide paid features.
8. Location and Map Information
Cabin Cruiser is primarily based on cruise, ship, region, port, date, itinerary, and cabin information that users select or enter. The current Cabin Cruiser app is not designed to collect precise real-time device location unless a future feature clearly requests location permission and explains why it is needed. If a location-based feature is introduced, Cabin Cruiser will request permission in context and will update this Privacy Policy and any required in-app disclosures.
9. Information We Do Not Intend to Collect
Cabin Cruiser is not designed to collect government identification numbers, financial account numbers, full payment card details, medical records, health records, contact lists, SMS messages, call logs, microphone recordings, camera images, precise real-time location, or files from your device unless a future feature clearly requests permission and explains its purpose.
10. How We Use Information
We use information to provide and operate Cabin Cruiser; create and manage accounts; authenticate users; deliver cruise search, itinerary, cabin preference, saved search, confirmed cruise, and voyage intelligence features; provide support; process subscription access and entitlements; maintain security; prevent fraud and abuse; debug crashes and app errors; improve performance; understand feature usage; comply with legal obligations; and send service-related communications.
11. Legal Bases Where Required
Where privacy laws require a legal basis for processing, Cabin Cruiser may process information because it is needed to provide the service, because you consented, because we have a legitimate interest in operating, securing, and improving the service, or because we must comply with legal obligations.
12. Third-Party Services
Cabin Cruiser may rely on third-party service providers for app distribution, authentication, cloud hosting, database services, analytics, diagnostics, telemetry, crash reporting, payment processing, email, support, security, and operational tools. These providers may process information for Cabin Cruiser according to their own policies and their agreements with us. Examples may include Google Play, Apple App Store, Firebase, Google Sign-In, hosting providers, database providers, analytics or diagnostics providers, email providers, and support tools.
13. Advertising, Vendor Listings, and Promotions
Cabin Cruiser does not currently use a third-party advertising SDK in the app. Cabin Cruiser may show Cabin Cruiser-owned editorial content, recommendations, vendor marketplace listings, affiliate content, promotional content, or partner information. If Cabin Cruiser introduces third-party ad networks or materially different advertising practices, we will update this Privacy Policy, app disclosures, and applicable store declarations as required.
14. When We Share Information
We do not sell personal and sensitive user data. We may disclose information to service providers that help us operate Cabin Cruiser; to app platforms such as Google Play or Apple App Store when needed for distribution, authentication, purchases, or compliance; to analytics, diagnostics, hosting, security, email, and support providers; to legal or safety authorities when required; in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or business transfer; or in aggregated, de-identified, or anonymized form that does not reasonably identify an individual.
15. Data Safety Summary
For Google Play Data safety purposes, Cabin Cruiser may collect personal information such as name, email address, and user IDs; app activity such as app interactions, in-app search history, saved searches, and other user-generated app activity; app info and performance data such as crash logs and diagnostics; device or other identifiers; support communications; and purchase or subscription status where paid features are active. These categories are used for app functionality, account management, analytics, personalization, developer communications, and fraud prevention, security, and compliance.
16. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. We use encrypted transmission such as HTTPS/TLS where information is transmitted between the app, website, and Cabin Cruiser systems. However, no internet-connected service, app, server, database, or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
17. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Cabin Cruiser, maintain accounts, support app functionality, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, maintain security, and improve the service. Account and saved cruise data may be retained while your account remains active. Raw telemetry and diagnostic records are generally retained for a limited operational period, and aggregated analytics may be retained longer in de-identified or summarized form. Backup copies may persist for a limited time until overwritten through normal backup cycles.
18. Account and Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your Cabin Cruiser account and associated account data from inside the app through the account or support area, or outside the app by visiting our account deletion page:

You may also email support@airtists.io. When an account deletion request is verified, we will delete or de-identify account data associated with that account unless retention is reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, purchase records, or similar legitimate purposes.
19. Your Choices and Privacy Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of certain personal information. You may also have the right to object to certain processing, request a copy of certain information associated with your account, withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, or opt out of certain communications.
20. Email and Product Communications
We may send service-related emails, account notices, support responses, subscription notices, privacy updates, security alerts, or important product communications. Where permitted, we may also send optional marketing or product update emails. You may unsubscribe from optional marketing communications using the instructions in those messages where available.
21. International Users
Cabin Cruiser may be accessed from countries outside Canada and the United States. Your information may be processed, stored, or transferred in countries where Cabin Cruiser, its service providers, hosting providers, app platforms, or operational systems are located. Those countries may have privacy laws different from those in your location.
22. Children’s Privacy
Cabin Cruiser is intended for cruise planning and travel-related use by adults. It is not directed to children and is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to Cabin Cruiser, please contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
23. California and Other U.S. State Privacy Rights
Residents of California and certain other U.S. states may have rights under applicable privacy laws, including the right to know, access, delete, correct, or obtain certain personal information, and the right to opt out of certain sale or sharing activities where applicable. 24. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date on this page. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice through the app, website, email, or store listing where appropriate. Continued use of Cabin Cruiser after updates means you acknowledge the revised Privacy Policy.
